Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle in its secondary packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
